The Founder of the Pattammal Alagesan College, Athur, is Sri O.V.A. Vamanan, Emulating his illustrious father Sri O.V.Alagesan & realising the needs for a college to cater to the needs of the rural students, Sri O.V.A. Vamanan decided to locate the PAC in Athur with his love for children and having their well being at heart. He is always willing to improve facilities in all the institutions under the Bhaktavatsalam Educational trust and introduce new teaching methodologies which will benefit the children. His vision is to mould the children into being good citizens of India.
